Been thinking about a change of professional scenery? Well, we could "sell" you all the standard reasons that you should join us. Yes, we do want you to be experienced, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate etc. But, you should know that we have a no BS policy; all of those things are important BUT you must, and we can't stress this enough, be a warm, authentic, human being who wants to work collaboratively with all our clinicians and our community of professionals and clients. You also need to be able to have a laugh and embrace the quirky side of life.

The question is, why wouldn't you come to Tasmania to work with us? Think an idyllic lifestyle; relaxing on one of our first class beaches, National Park galore allowing for bushwalking and waterfall hunting. Then there's the food and wine. And what about the cute critters?
We might be accused of being too slow paced but, really, what's wrong with that? It certainly allows for good work-life balance. Just think about how much pressure there is just to get to work - here we complain when the commute to work during rush hour is more than 15 minutes!
