Individual Therapy

There’s no tidy version of being human.
Some days make sense, others don’t, and most sit somewhere in the middle. Our individual sessions offer a space to talk things through at your own pace.
We work with adults and children aged 9+, covering anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, pain, and everything in between.

Opening Hours

Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday: please enquire with our admin team about the availability of sessions
