How can we help?
We're a team of psychologists based in Moonah, Hobart and Sorell who work with all kinds of humans; anxious ones, exhausted ones, overthinking ones, stuck ones, high-achieving ones, and ones who aren't entirely sure what's going on yet. You get the idea.
Because humans rarely fit neatly into one box, neither do our psychology services. We offer individual therapy, psychological assessments, group programs, professional supervision, and sport, performance and wellbeing support.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you get here. That's kind of our job.
What we do
Individual Therapy
For anxiety, overwhelm, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, overthinking, feeling stuck and all the other messy bits of being human.
Assessments
For when “I've always wondered...” has turned into “I'd actually like to know.” Psychological assessments to better understand how you think, learn, focus and experience the world.
Groups
Because sometimes it helps to be in a room with people who get it. Our psychology group programs bring together practical skills, shared experiences and good conversation.
Supervision
Good supervision should be more than ticking a box. We offer practical, thoughtful professional supervision for psychologists, from provisional psychologists finding their feet to experienced clinicians who still like having someone to think with.
Sport, Performance & Wellbeing
Sport is about more than performance. We work with athletes, parents, coaches, teams and clubs to build confidence, mental skills and wellbeing, and create sporting environments where people can perform, develop and still actually enjoy themselves
