Abbey Hall
(She/Her)
Provisionally Registered Psychologist

Hi, I’m Abbey, a provisional psychologist at Psyche Mental Health Centre. I completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Tasmania in 2025, and before that, I worked as a behaviour support practitioner within the NDIS space, supporting people across a range of ages and needs.

I have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults, and I’m particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, and chronic pain. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim to work collaboratively with you to ensure therapy feels meaningful and suited to your goals. My aim is to create a comfortable, compassionate, and safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me café hopping around Hobart (in search of the best coffee in town), cozied up on the couch with a good book, or out walking my dog!
